Hair: Long electric blue colored hair tied up on top of her head and separated into 5 rope-like cords. Long bangs cover her eyebrows. Longer bangs frame the side of her face

Appearance: She looks like a teenager, dressed in a body hugging dark red and black sleeveless bodysuit. Matching bracers and lace up boots ending below her knee complete the outfit. It is also noted that these boots are combat type, rubberized against electric attacks. The outfit also acts as a type of soft armor. The outfit was designed to protect herself from Hyperion’s rage state.

Characteristics: Bubbly and charismatic. Loves music and reading magic girl mangas. Gets along with everyone, however sometimes goes overboard and gets annoying. Almost always smiling. She’s been told that when she is angry, a rare occasion, she looks cute. She has been known to continue doing whatever she was doing (ie: reading mangas) without even reacting to Hyperion’s uncontrolled bursts of electricity and reiatsu, due to her uniform’s design. The only action on her part is to cast Bakudou 39: Enkosen (Arc Shield) without incantation or even looking up from her manga.

She loves sushi and has been known to run off to the Human World dragging along 13th Division’s Fifth Seat Katrina Lau with her. Everyone wonders how they ever became friends as they are totally polar opposites. 3rd Division’s Lieutenant Izuru Kira believes that it’s their love of that obnoxiously loud music group Prince of Darkness that drew them together.

Abilities

Kido: Excels in Kido. This is her speciality and is on par with 5th Division’s Lieutenant Momo Hinamori. When Pandora is back with 5th Division, she and Hinamori would practice and refine Kido moves.

Zanjutsu & Hakuda: Proficient in Zanjutsu, but prefers to use Kido. Also proficient in Hakuda, having spent her first few years in the Gotei 13 in 2nd Division under Captain Soi Fon. She transferred when Soi Fon ordered her to stop being so bubbly.

Use of the Zanpakuto: She uses her Shikai sparingly, using kido primarily. When she does use her zanpakuto, it is mostly in its unreleased state.

Shunpo: Fairly decent. On a good day she can keep up with the weaker lieutenants. On a really bad day...Hanataro is faster

Zanpakuto: Fuyu no Kaze 冬の風 (Winter Wind) Black and silver katana worn on a holster around her waist

Shikai: Release Phrase: Bura Suto Fuyu no Kaze ブラスト冬の風 (Blast Winter Wind)
Becomes three shuriken. When thrown she can control each of their paths and return them to her mentally. Freezes anything on contact.

Bankai: not yet achieved

Zanpakuto spirit: Manifests as a winter fairy and is about half of Pandora’s height. She is as airheaded as Pandora. Put them together and havoc ensues, to the detriment of her squad. As a comparison, think of Yachiru and Mashiro teaming up (Actual description to be worked on)

Hollow: Mocchi - Takes the form of a teal colored hound. Heavier than he appears as he is of the Earth element. Depending on the environment, he can cause earthquakes, rockslides or huge waves of water to come crashing down. He balances Pandora as she can be as air-headed as her elemental affinity. Mocchi is fiercely protective of her. Early on he used to fight the other Hollows in the stable until Pandora used her Shikai to strike him in his backside. To this day he bears the small scars where the shuriken struck him.
