Age: 22 at her initial death. Has no real idea how old she is anymore. Had been immortal for quite some time before her second death.
Birthday: February 14th (date given to her by Izuru Kira, as she does not remember her actual birthday)

Eyes: Dark Brown.
Hair: Black with blue highlights. Almost permanently moppy looking
Race: Shinigami, previously an Immortal in the Earth Realm

Appearance: Wears a standard shihakusho. Has a black cloth collar wrapped around her neck. Her dark shoulder length hair is permanently in a tousled state. In certain lighting you can see blue highlights in her hair. Her eyes are dark brown, but have been shown as blue on occasion. (this is actually an error on several commissioned drawings, but I ended up liking how the eyes looked to ask for the change. This anomaly will be mentioned in a future chapter in Damaged.)

Personality: Introverted, prone to losing herself in her thoughts. While this was a coping mechanism in her past life, this will prove problematic now. She functions best when kept busy. Her growing conflict with her Zanpakuto spirit and the circumstances which brought her to Soul Society has yet to be resolved.


---Bio---

The entire circumstance surrounding her arrival to Soul Society has been kept from her until the time she could mentally endure the truth. Until then all she remembers was fighting in the Mortal Kombat tournament. Graduated from the Shino Academy in a year and placed in the 13th Company as its Fifth Seat eight months after the battle with Aizen.

Her past as an Immortal coupled with her confusion and frustration at her current situation has created a Zanpakuto spirit none has ever encountered before.

She is prone to being an insomniac, frequently being seen outside her barracks looking up at the night sky and being lost in the memories of her past.

---Battle Information---

Strengths:Hakuda and Kido, primarily Hado spells. She had used a chantless variation as an energy projectile in Mortal Kombat.

Weaknesses: Shunpo, due to her ability to trip on the pant legs of her hakama.

Reiatsu Color: Blue and Purple with tinges of Green. It is later revealed that the Green is the reiatsu of her Zanpakuto, Miasma

Fighting Style: Highly skilled hand to hand combatant, due to her training for the Mortal Kombat tournament. Also skilled at traditional sword fighting.

Zanpakuto: Miasma (formerly known as Highlander)

Sealed form: A shorter katana than standard (Wakizashi). sword and scabbard has a mix of blue, purple and green, reflecting the colors of her reiatsu

Spirit: Black misty haze form. An amalgam of the numerous immortals slain by Connor Macleod, Katrina’s mentor when she first became an immortal. It despised her as she had never slain anyone, yet she assumed all of the Quickenings. It at first allowed her to call it by the name Highlander, before eventually forcing her to fight it for its real name and Shikai form.

Her inner world is called the Temple of Leaves.

As a Broadsword, its speciality was to inflict a toxin that causes heavy bleeding and unconsciousness
As dual hooks, the tips, hilt and handles can inflict a toxin that causes heavy bleeding and unconsciousness.
Tornado Winds - Swipes at the air and causes a Greenish-grey tornado to form. Size and intensity varies. Causes disorientation on contact
Toxic Ribbons - creates a ribbon of greenish black vapor from the tips of both hooks. Acts as a whip extension that can bind an opponent. Toxins are slowly absorbed by any exposed skin.
Energy Redirect - Absorbs energy attacks and relaunches it back at the opponent, adding to it its toxic effect.

As dual metal fans greenish Black haze surrounds each fan. Leaves a trail as it is being used. When closed, the fans act as dual daggers. When opened they act as a shield and bladed boomerang when thrown. Toxin on the tips of the fans’ blades are 7 times more potent than in shikai form
Howl into the Winds - Similar to Getsuga Tenshou, but is a dual slash attack, creating an X like blast of greenish black energy ripping across the ground
Vapor Rend - Launches a greenish black vapor mist, surrounds the opponent. Vapor is toxic on contact. Twice as toxic if vapor is inhaled. Can be fatal depending on level of reiatsu used.
Strike Force - with both fans closed, Katrina can focus her reiatsu through each, having Miasmas’ toxic reiatsu mixed in, allowing her to aim a cero-like blast in two separate directions or concentrate power on one opponent

Katrina has the ability to nullify the effects on specific people while in battle. (ie: can prevent fellow shinigami from being affected while allowing its full toxicity to affect enemies)
